It's been five long years since Gerard left home. Marooned in the South Pacific, he was forced to grow up and find his way. Now he has found a way home, but wonders how much has changed.

Gerard is still captain of his ship but for how long? His ship was damaged by pirates and the owners want an older captain. Gerard must fight to protect his ship, crew and family. If he can manage that, then all he needs to worry about are the pirates who want him dead.
